From the Children

Tiyonal  Ash-   What I learned at A.I.M.  Summer Camp Program is how to respect myself and others, how to make friendship bracelets and I learned how to work together others. How to write a letter to soldiers. Also I learned how to be kind and love one another. I even learned how to pray with each other and have fun with each other. We are a very big happy family and I know God is proud of us. But I wish we could just come together and love one another and have peace and joy. I want to tell you all how much I care about you and how much I love you. Also I want to tell you about all the excited trips we been going on. One of the trips was a boat ride to see the fort for us to go check out some stuff  a other trip  Deleon Springs and to the park for a cook out also I learned how to make a kazoo.

Ladale Batson-  I learned how to make friendship bracelets. I learned how to respect one another and treat others how you want to be treated I learned to follow directions when we playing a game and have kindness  for others.  How to listen have faith, how care for others and sharing with others.  I learned to talk to community groups. It feels that the counselors care about us and our summer vacation and for us to be safe until school started they made our summer fun

From the Parents

My name is Gabrielle Severin as a single parent it was a privilege to be able to send my daughter Imani to a camp for the whole summer free of charge God knows I could not afford that, and had no one to be with her while I am at work . My daughter learned about history through some of the trips the camp planned. She learned how to respect herself and others, to take pride in who she is to stay in school and do her best and complete her education. I notice a wonderful change in my baby herself esteem and her confidence increase greatly. I could only volunteer a few hours twice a week that gave me great joy, and have so much fun with the kids.
